Yes. We will never charge you a fee to import your data. Every church gets hands-on onboarding and data migration support. We come alongside your team because serving churches well is the whole point.
Your data is yours. It is hosted securely, backed up regularly, and never sold or shared. Full export is available at any time, no questions asked, no fees. If you ever leave Trellis Directory, we help you leave cleanly.
No. Trellis Directory is a progressive web app. Add it to your home screen on any phone and it loads fast on any device. No app store required.
No. Trellis Directory helps your church connect in real life, not on another screen. Members can tap to call or email directly, but there are no feeds, messaging, forums, or reactions. Those features pull people away from ministry rather than supporting it.
Yes. Full export, clean data structures, no lock-in, no extraction fees. If your church outgrows Trellis Directory or finds something that fits better, we help you leave cleanly.
