These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Trellis Directory, a service operated by Oak Street Solutions, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using Trellis Directory, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Trellis Directory is a web-based church member directory platform. We provide tools for managing member information, family grouping, and related church administration functions. The service is currently in early access, and features may change as we continue development.
To use Trellis Directory, your church must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.
Your data belongs to you. All member information, photos, and other content you enter into Trellis Directory remains your property. We do not claim any ownership rights over your data. You may export your data at any time in a standard format at no cost.
You agree to use Trellis Directory only for its intended purpose: managing your church's member directory and related administrative functions. You agree not to:
Trellis Directory is a paid service billed monthly. Prices are listed on our pricing page. We will notify you at least 30 days before any price changes. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue through the end of your current billing period.
We strive to keep Trellis Directory available and reliable. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may occasionally need to perform maintenance, which we will announce in advance when possible. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. If you cancel your subscription, we will provide access to your data export for 30 days following cancellation. We may terminate your account if you violate these Terms, in which case we will still provide a reasonable window for you to export your data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oak Street Solutions, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Trellis Directory. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the service at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Denton County, Texas.
